How do I create an account?+
Go to the Sign up page, enter a valid email and password. You'll receive a confirmation email. Once validated, your free account is active.
Is your data reliable?+
We use FRED, Polygon, Finnhub, and the Bank of Canada — reference public sources. AI-generated analyses always cite their source. See the Sources page for details.
Are my alerts checked automatically?+
Alerts are scanned manually from the app for now. Automatic daily scanning is coming soon.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to My account → Subscription, click "Manage". You're redirected to the Stripe portal to cancel. Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.
How do I delete my account?+
Write to us at support@polarisapp.ca with subject "Account deletion". We process within 7 days in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and GDPR.
